Go to link:https://www.har.com/moa_myaccount_personalinfo/my_info?pid=1. Look for the section that says Upload Photo or Profile Photo. Click Choose File to upload your picture, then click Save or Update to finish. Make sure to use a clear, professional photo.

But just in case youre still refining your strategy, here are some timing and planning tips that have worked well for me and other agents.For the Condo:I typically schedule the first open house the weekend after the listing goes live. That gives you a full week to promote it and build momentum through HAR, social media, and neighborhood buzz. Send a postcard or flyer to current condo owners they already believe in the property, and many are investors who might want to add another unit to their portfolio.Also, check the HOA rental rules ahead of time. If short-term rentals are allowed, highlight that potential return; if not, focus your marketing on owner-occupants or long-term investors.For the Luxury Home:Use the same principle but amplify the experience. Announce the open house early to create anticipation, and invite your brokerage colleagues so theres visible activity. I often partner with a local car dealership or lifestyle brand to co-host theyll park a couple of high-end cars in the driveway and often cover refreshments. It adds polish, draws attention from neighbors, and elevates the events feel.Mail or hand-deliver invites to surrounding homeowners even if theyre not buyers, curiosity will bring them out, and they might refer friends or family.Operational Tips:Have a sign-in sheet or digital QR form ready for every visitor (name, phone, email).Assign someone to greet guests and manage sign-ins so you can focus on real conversations.Prepare high-quality flyers with QR codes linking to the listing, virtual tour, and your contact info.Always follow up within 24 hours thank them for visiting, ask for feedback, and keep them in your database for future listings.Id be very interested to know what results you saw from your July open houses did you notice stronger traffic at the condo or the luxury home?
